Black Tigers girls track team places 10th at Big Ox

The host Cuyahoga Falls girls track and field team dropped to 0-4 on the season and 0-4 in the Suburban League National Conference after suffering a convincing 116-21 defeat to Nordonia at the Laybourne Sports Complex. The Lady Knights won all 17 events.

Bulldog girls roll over Falcons and Spartans

With a critical meet remaining with Cloverleaf, the Woodridge girls track and field squad continues to cruise in dual meet action in the Portage Trail Conference. Woodridge moved to 6-0 in the PTC Metro Division with a pair of victories April 18 at Field and over Springfield.

As coach Scott Koenig put it, the past week was a case of agony, ecstasy and cold reality wrapped into one for Cuyahoga Falls baseball. The agony came April 17 at Nordonia. Despite senior Will Rightley throwing a no-hitter against the Knights, Falls lost a 1-0 decision.
