Car show set for June 25 Knights of Columbus car, truck and motorcycle show will be held June 25 from 1 to 5 p.m. at St. Eugene Catholic Church (next to Water Works Park), 1821 Munroe Falls Ave., Cuyahoga Falls.

City Council candidate hosts fundraiser The Jeff Iula Council At-Large Committee will host a re-election bid kickoff fundraiser on June 27 at Funny Stop Comedy Club, 1757 State Road, Cuyahoga Falls. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with an hour-long comedy show starting at 7 p.m.
Hydrant flushing has begun in the city of Cuyahoga Falls and will run roughly through Aug. 18. Hydrant flushing will occur during daytime hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
