I have called the Cuyahoga Falls
Utility Billing Department on three different occasions, Sept. 26, Oct. 3 and Oct. 6.
The recorded message I received stated that if I left my name, account number, and phone number, I would receive a call back within three business days. I have not received any response from a representative of the Cuyahoga Falls Utility Billing Department as of Oct. 11. I'm surprised. I have lived in this town for 76 years and I can honestly say that this is the first time I have ever been disappointed in our service departments. One of the important reasons many people remain in Cuyahoga Falls is the fine services we as residents receive from our city management and employees. I think management is letting us down.
