Letter: Says Cuyahoga Falls mayor accompanied residents to utility billing office after meeting

My wife and

I attended the lengthy Sept. 6 City Council meeting and I would like to offer our perspective.

Although it was very informative with discussions regarding beekeeping and utility bills, the highlight was directly after the meeting with the mayor personally accompanying every resident that had questions to the utility billing office. The office was open extended hours very late into the evening and our utility account questions were explained to our satisfaction. The person we spoke with was friendly and professional and reminded me of why Cuyahoga Falls is a great place to live.
