Charlotte M. Gillis, 83, died Jan. 23, 2013. She was born in Cuyahoga Falls, and graduated from Randolph High School in 1949. Mrs. Gillis lived in Florida for 20 years and retired from O'Neil's Beauty Salon where she worked as a beautician. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church Chapel of the Good Shepherd, and enjoyed the beach, walking and spending time with family and friends.

Preceded in death by her husband, Glenn; survived by daughter, Cindy Petsock; grandchildren, Lindsey (Chris) Petsock, Jason Petsock; great-granddaughter, Emma Jo; sister, Irene (Harold) Davis; brothers-in-law, Norman (Jackie) Gillis, Ivan (Marilyn) Gillis, Nick (Mary) Gillis, and David (Nancy) Gillis; sister-in-law, Joanne Gillis and many nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service took place at the First United Methodist Church in Cuyahoga Falls, the Rev. Marvin Brown officiating. Inurnment was at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
