Marion Hitchcock, 86, died Jan. 10, 2013.

She was born in Ballston Spa, N.Y., and resided in Cuyahoga Falls the past 60 years. Mrs. Hitchcock graduated from St. Mary's Hospital in Amsterdam as a registered nurse, going on to work at various hospitals in New York and Ohio, retiring from Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital in 1992.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Willis; and daughter, Leslie (Kenneth) Baldwin.

A funeral service took place in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, the Rev. Stephen Gehlert officiating. Interment was at the Village of Illion Cemetery in Ilion, NY. Memorials may be to the Hospice of Summa, 444 North Main St., P.O. Box 2090 Akron 44398.
