Grandview United Methodist Church, 2315 Phelps Ave. is having the "GRANDVIEW COMMUNITY FUN FEST 5K and Then Some" on Aug. 14 from 8a.m. - 7 p.m. The event starts with the 5K run and kids costumed fun run along with many other activities for children of all ages. The Rubber City Express Jazz Band will entertain. Rita's Italian Ice will be there with cool treats. Lunch and dinner will be served at no charge, but free will donations will accepted to help defray costs.
On Sunday Aug 15, our 10:30am Sunday service will beld under the big tent in the yard followed by a corn roast and ice cream social at no charge. Everyone is invited to join us for these special events.
