What I want to know is, how can it take two years to find a problem, and second, what if people have moved out of the Falls in the last year? Are we going to pay for their elec. Or, will the Falls go after them? What about families moving in after the mistake. Are their bills going to be higher? Does anyone know who to go to with these questions?
