I dropped off a detailed suggestion for a Plasma trash system to the Honorable Mayor"s office for his perusal and consideration. The system is capable of disposing of several tons of trash per hr.Everything except nuclear wast The system is also capable of producing hydrogen fuel.The system would eliminate Tipping fees and eliminate the constant search for finding a place to dump .
The residue (if any) would be negligible any lend it's self to road use.Perhaps the Mayor has not been able to read it, as yet ,also it could found it's way to the circular file.JHR
