the city workers do a great job,but they are over extened by the increase of the districts they must cover.i have lived in the falls for 40yrs and this is the 1st time that i can remember having to wait till 4p.m. on the 2nd day of a snow storm to have 7th st plowed.the main roads were good,but no one on our streets could get to them.
