The freeway in the Falls was paved, or was it? Or was it completed? Are they going to come back and finish it? I hope so! What happened to the Portage Trail exit, did they run out of money? It has been raked over but it never got paved. Id just like to know what happened and are they going to finish the job. I feel that the entire job on both sides of the freeway was crappy and if I were the treasurer in charge of the city funds the construction company that did the crappy job would be talking to an attorney.
