ANNA MAY BROPHY

Anna May Brophy, 87, died May 17, 2009. Born in Ghent, she was a resident of Cuyahoga Falls for more than 43 years. She retired from Coca-Cola as an accountant with 32 1/2 years service and had worked as secretary at Ghent Christian Church. She was past matron of OES Chapter 245, past president of District 2 OES, and a member of Cuyahoga Falls AARP 455, Ghent Christian Church and the Order of the Amaranth.
Preceded in death by her sisters, Ossie Lang and Gladys M. Satterfield, and brothers, Raymon, Theodore, Frank and Richard Brophy, she is survived by her brother, Marvin L. Brophy of Texas and friend, Maureen Crile of Nebraska.
Final resting place is Bath Center Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
