I continue to be amazed at the ideas of Kellie Patterson of the Cuyahoga Falls School Board. She sure knows how to get things into the press whether or not they should be.
She has tried to get the people to vote against funding the schools because she seems to want to force the agenda to her ideas.
Her fellow School Board members stated that she leaked confidential information to the media. I think it was probably because she didn't like the decisions that the Board made.
She has proposed a realignment of the schools that I believe costs the district money while trying to claim that it saves money. In her actions, I think she has revealed that the reason she ran for the School Board was that she wanted to re-open Newberry Elementary School.
When are we going to realize that her only agenda is about her needs and not our children's needs?
I hope that the voters in the Cuyahoga Falls School District vote her out in the next election cycle. In the meantime, let's take her proclamations with a grain of salt, understanding from whence they come.
