Great-grandmother of 13
Lorraine S. Ross, 84, died Aug. 27, 2008. Mrs. Ross was born in Milwaukee, Wis. and was a longtime resident of Cuyahoga Falls.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed playing bingo and had served with the WAVES during World War II.
Preceded in death by two brothers and one sister, she is survived by her husband of 63 years, Richard, Sr.; daughters and sons-in-law, Kathleen and Tim Kukes of Sheffield Lake, Patricia and Larry Shultz of Florida, and Janice and Tom Gage of Texas; sons and daughters-in-law, Richard, Jr. and Jackie of N. Canton, and Thomas and Shannon of Kent; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Shirley (Eric) Bretschneider of Wisconsin and sister-in-law, Nancy (Dave) Gordon of Mogadore.
A memorial service was conducted at Fishcreek Nazarene Worship Center in Stow, Pastor John Beers officiating. Memorials may be made to the Fishcreek Nazarene Worship Center.
Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
