Falls Dance Team clinics start April 29
Cuyahoga Falls High School Dance Team clinics will take place on April 29, 6:30 to 8 p.m., and April 30, 6:30 to 8 p.m. Try-outs will take place on May 1 at 6:30 p.m. Open to girls in grades 8 through 12, clinics and tryouts will take place at Richardson Elementary School, 2226 23rd St. For more information, call Amy Pivarski at 330-920-8061.
Flower fundraiser for Home and School League
The Silver Lake Elementary School Home and School League is having a flower fundraiser. Orders are due May 2. The cost of each flower basket is $20, and the cost of each flat is $15. Those purchasing flowers should make checks payable to the Silver Lake Home and School League. Flowers should be picked up on May 9 between 3:20 and 6 p.m. on the Millboro Road-side of Silver Lake Elementary School.
Falls High Pops concert is May 2,3
The Cuyahoga Falls High School Vocal Music Department presents the 2008 Pops concert May 2 and 3 in the high school auditorium. Students in A Capella Choir, Women's Ensemble, and Melody Men and Melodettes Show Choir will perform.
Tickets are $5 for adults and $4 for students and seniors. Refreshments can be purchased at intermission.
The concerts will start at 7 p.m. on both May 2 and May 3.
Gold Tones' show is May 9, 10
Cuyahoga Falls High School Gold Tones Jazz Orchestra's senior class will have its annual Musical Horizons Show, "That's Entertainment," at Cuyahoga Falls High School in the auditorium on May 9 and May 10 at 7 p.m.
