A free homebuyer's seminar will take place Jan. 26 from 1 to 2 p.m. and Feb. 23 from 1 to 2 p.m. at Valley Savings Bank, 505 Graham Road, Cuyahoga Falls. Participants can learn how to qualify for $5,000 in grant money available through the Welcome Home Program for the down payment and closing costs.
