RICHARD E. FRANCINI

Longtime Munroe Falls resident

Richard E. Francini (Franks) of Munroe Falls died July 31, 2010. He was 79.

Born in Lacrone, Pa., he had lived in Munroe Falls since 1962, was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was a member of St. Eugene Catholic Church.

Richard had retired from Gardiner Trane in Solon, and had formerly been employed with Ford Motor Co., Lawson Milk Co. and The Geopfert Co.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Gerry; sons Jerry (Alice), Rich (Robin), all of Cuyahoga Falls; Dan (Kathy) of Stow; daughter Nancy (Mike) Millhouse of Cape Coral, Fla.; grandchildren Dominic, Carol, Anthony, Vincent, Rachel and Trevor and great-grandson Julian.

Visitation was at Redmon Funeral Home. Mass of the Christian Burial was at St. Eugene Catholic Church with Fr. Neil Crosby as the celebrant. Burial was at Stow Cemetery.
