MICHAEL L. THOMAS
Taught in Streetsboro Public Schools
Michael L. Thomas, 66, died Aug. 7, 2010.
He was born in Boardman, and was a retired school teacher from the Streetsboro Public School System after 30 years of service.
He enjoyed traveling, music and collecting antique vehicles.
Mr. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, David and Katherine (Yurchison) Thomas; and aunt, Stephanie Yurchison. He is survived by his wife, JoAnn (Daly); stepsons, Matthew and Daniel Casp; and many friends.
A memorial service took place at the Anthony Funeral Home's McGowan-Reid & Santos Chapel in Cuyahoga Falls, Mr. Rod Truman officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Multiple Myeloma Foundation, 12650 Riverside Drive, Suite 206, N. Hollywood, CA. 91607-3421.
The Anthony Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
