JANICE D. WHITE

Owner, teacher at private kindergarten

Janice D. White, 92, of Cuyahoga Falls, died July 24, 2010.

Born in Akron, she lived her life in the area, had an education degree, and was a private kindergarten owner and teacher for many years. She shared her love for Christ and taught many children about Him over the years.

She loved to write books, was an artist and attended Akron Bible Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, one brother, great-granddaughter Alyssa Calaway, and her husband, George.

She is survived by her son, George E. (Diane) of Stow; daughters Mary Ann (David) Homsher of Tallmadge and Janice (Gary) Bethel of Cuyahoga Falls; eight grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of her life was at Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, Cuyahoga Falls, which handled arrangements.
