Summa Western Reserve Hospital announces the appointment of Brian Pollock, D.O., as residency program director of internal medicine and Clayton Seiple, D.O., as residency program director of family medicine. Their appointments began in March.
A graduate of Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Pollock brings six years of experience in medical education to Summa Western Reserve Hospital, having served most recently on the board of Graduate Medical Education at South Pointe Hospital for the past six years.
As program director, Dr. Pollock has leadership and oversight responsibilities for the Internal Medicine Residency Program. Specific duties include fulfilling the basic requirements of the American Osteopathic Association, scheduling, curriculum development, training and evaluation of physician residents. In addition to his newly appointed duties, Dr. Pollock sees patients Monday through Friday at his practice located within Summa Western Reserve Hospital's professional building.
A graduate of Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Seiple brings 11 years of experience in medical education to Summa Western Reserve Hospital, currently serving as clinical associate professor of family medicine at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
As program director, Dr. Seiple has leadership and oversight responsibilities for the Family Medicine Residency Program. Specific duties include fulfilling the basic requirements of the American Osteopathic Association, scheduling, curriculum development, training and evaluation of physician residents. In addition to his newly appointed duties, Dr. Seiple sees patients Monday through Friday at his practice located at 5655 Hudson Drive in Hudson.
