Jim and Kitty Hodgson were married 50 years ago on Jan. 23, 1960 in Punxsutawney, Pa., and have been residents of Cuyahoga Falls for 38 years.
Jim is a retired employee of General Motors Co. and Kitty is employed by Woodridge Local Schools.
The couple celebrated their special day with a family dinner and will be traveling to Europe this summer.
Jim and Kitty have two children, James and Susan; daughter-in-law Mary and son-in-law Greg; and four grandchildren: Brandon, Sarah, Andy and Brian.
