Keller Williams Chervenic Realty is also joining forces with Bill Monbeck Realty to open a division of KW Commercial, announces David Chervenic, company president.
More than 100 agents from the area and representatives from Keller Williams International gathered at Guy's Party Center to celebrate the opening.
The new KW commercial division provides the company's customers access to a network of offices throughout the United States and Canada as well as the personalized service of Bill Monbeck. KW Commercial is the fastest growing commercial company with morre than 870 agents joining in 2009. This division will serve the local commercial, industrial and retail sectors of the market.
According to Chervenic, "Since 1979 Bill Monbeck has focused building a business providing honesty, integrity and the very best service.
"This has resulted in 31 years of goodwill and repeat business. With Monbeck's commercial experience and Keller Williams national exposure this will be a winning combination."
Monbeck will be director of KW Commercial concentrating in sales, recruiting and training. His team will also serve his residential client base.
