* County Issue 4: Proposed charter amendment to transfer powers and duties of the county engineer to the country executive effective Jan. 1, 2013.

* Cuyahoga Falls Issue 16: Would allow Sunday sales of wine and mixed beverages or spirituous liquor by Giant Eagle in precinct 1-E.

* Cuyahoga Falls Issue 17: Would allow Sunday sales of wine and mixed beverages by Sam's Club in precinct 1-E.

* Cuyahoga Falls Issue 18: Would allow Sunday sales of beer, wine, and mixed beverages or spirituous liquor by Mario's Bar and Grille in precinct 3-G.

* Issue 49: To renew a 7.9-mill, five-year levy for the Cuyahoga Falls City School District that generates $5.9 million each year.
