Terry P. McCluskey, 39, died Jan. 2, 2009.
Mr. McCluskey was born in Ravenna, graduated from Southeast High School in 1988 and had lived the past 10 years in Cuyahoga Falls.
He is survived by his wife Mindy; children Derek, Jesse and Alyssa of Cuyahoga Falls, brothers Ray (Rhonda) and Alan (Kathy) of Ravenna; sister, Margaret of Alabama; father Raymond and many family and friends.
A memorial service took place in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the family c/o the Funeral Home.
