Sarah's Vineyard, 1204 Steels Corners Road, Cuyahoga Falls, will host "Splash of Summer -- A Caribbean Style Fete" on May 16 at 5:30 p.m. to benefit and celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Children's Concert Society. Proceeds will directly benefit the Children's Concert Society endowment fund and operating budget.
The event features the University of Akron Steel Drum Band, Caribbean-style food and Sara's Vineyard wines. There will be a raffle to win a trip for two to Las Vegas. The raffle tickets are available pre-sale and at the event. Raffle tickets are six for $25 or $5 a ticket. Prize includes round trip airfare for two from Cleveland to Las Vegas and three nights at The Flamingo Hotel and Casino on the Strip. Trip donated by: Chima Travel Bureau, Akron. The winner will be announced at the May 16 event. The winner does not need to be present to win.
