Several Relay For Life fundraisers coming up

The following is a list of upcoming fundraisers planned by teams who are participating in the Cuyahoga Falls Relay For Life event on June 7 and 8 at Laybourne Field at Bolich Middle School:

* The 13th Street Crusaders for A Cure is having a garage sale May 16 and 17 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 725 Lehigh Ave. The group will also have candy bars and baked goods for sale. To donate items for the garage sale, or for more information, contact Kathy Darmstadt at 330-928-4814 or Sharon Darmstadt at 330-945-4881.

* On May 17 there will be a bowling fundraiser at Stonehedge Place. The event will have a beach theme, so participants should wear their Hawaiian attire. It will start at 6 p.m. and the donation will be $10 for adults and $7 for 12 and under. This includes two games of bowling and shoe rental. There will also be a supervised kids corner which is a $2 donation and it will have crafts, movies and games. A silent auction and raffle will take place. * There is an Ice Cream Social fundraiser May 22 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the courtyard at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital. All the proceeds are going to the Cuyahoga Falls Relay For Life. Contact Rob Reinhold with any questions at 330-929-3280.
