Jack and Carla Nearhoof of Lake Milton and Linda and Joe Demeter of Granville announce the engagement of their daughter, Mary Nearhoof of Akron, to Timothy Treptow, also of Akron. He is the son of Tom and Jackie Treptow of Lake Milton.
The bride-elected attended Cuyahoga Falls High School and graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2007. She is employed by Lockheed Martin Financial Analysts in Akron.
Her fiance attended Cuyahoga Falls High School and graduated from Ohio State University ATI in Wooster. He is employed by the Ohio Prestwick Country Club in Uniontown as golf course superintendent.
The couple plans an October wedding at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Cuyahoga Falls.
