Celebrate Falls schools with the Aeros

The Akron Aeros and the Cuyahoga Falls PTA Council present "School Days at Canal Park" May 31 and July 19.

Game time both nights is 7:05 p.m., with gates opening at 6:05 p.m.

Tickets are $5 each, with $2 going to Cuyahoga Falls PTA Council scholarships.

Tickets will be delivered the week of May 19. The deadline to order tickets is May 9.

Gold Tones' show is May 9, 10

Cuyahoga Falls High School Gold Tones Jazz Orchestra's senior class will have its annual Musical Horizons Show, "That's Entertainment," at Cuyahoga Falls High School in the auditorium on May 9 and May 10 at 7:30 p.m. Featured performers include senior class Gold Tones members, as well as vocalists Samantha Cole and Eric Schneider, and the Tiger Band Majorettes. Information sought
on time capsule

Dewitt Elementary School principal Curt Kennedy is looking for information about a time capsule that was buried outside the building in 1968. Kennedy said he would like to dig up the capsule and then re-bury it with items from 2008. Anyone with information should contact Kennedy at 330-926-3802 ext. 2600.
