Great-grandmother of seven

Helen V. Eshbaugh, 85, died March 28, 2008. Mrs. Eshbaugh was born in Akron, had resided in Cuyahoga Falls for 20 years including the last five years at Falls Village and previously in Akron, Barberton and N. Fort Myers, Fla. She retired from Georgia Pacific, where she had made windows, was a former member of Trinity United Church of Christ, where she was a member of AARP, was a member of the Sewing Club and had made more than 1,000 lap robes and donated them to different organizations.

Preceded in death by her husbands, Paul Johns, Arthur Flickinger, Chester Eshbaugh and son, Danny Johns, she is survived by her children, Vivian (Richard) Kraus of Mogadore, Donna (Richard) Best and Donald (Cindy) Johns, both of Cuyahoga Falls; grandchildren, Kristine (Gabe) Pierce, Kathleen (Carlos) Cadallero, Robert (Michelle) Best, Sheryl Bennett, Aimee (David) Dennison, Jennifer Johns and Jessica Johns; great-grandchildren, Jessica Bennett, Ashley Smerk, Samantha Bennett, Nathanial Best, Alexander Best, Emily Dennison and Kate Dennison and great-great-grandson, Kamrin Bennett.

Calling hours and a funeral service were conducted at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, the Rev. Tim Huth officiating. Interment Greenlawn Cemetery.
