Falls General Hospital planning two fundraisers to benefit scholarship fund

Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital will host two fundraisers to benefit the Nursing Scholarship Fund. The Nursing Scholarship Fund awards a minimum of two scholarships yearly to hospital employees interested in pursing a career in nursing.

The Scrub and Shoe Sale will be in Auditorium I on May 8 from 3 to 6 p.m. and May 9 from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Anyone making a purchase will be entered into a drawing to win a gas card or movie tickets.

The Book and Gift Sale will take place in Auditorium I on May 15 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and May 16 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Anyone making a purchase will be entered into a drawing to win a gas card. The volunteer department will be selling hot dogs, chips and drinks for $2. All proceeds benefit the Nursing Scholarship Fund.
