Teodosio to preside over county drug court
Judge Thomas A. Teodosio has assumed the duties of presiding over Summit County Drug Court, which handles cases involving drug-using/abusing, non-violent offenders through immediate supervision, drug testing and treatment services, sanctions and incentives.
The court will involve Teodosio, a prosecutor, a defense counsel, substance abuse treatment specialists, law enforcement correctional personnel, education and vocational experts assisting the offender.
