How long have you lived in Silver Lake? Moved here with my family in 1927. The village was nine years old. There were only six houses on the lake.
How would you describe the Silver Lake area to someone who has never been here? Silver Lake could be a model for a village to raise a family. Excellent facilities and such good people.
What is your favorite activity in Silver Lake? Being with the people at the lake and at the variety of events.
Hobbies/Interests: Wood-working, golf and volunteering.
Last Book I Read: "Same Kind of Different As Me," by Hall and Moore.
Biggest Accomplishment: Being able to teach a Bible class for 47 years.
Whom do you admire most [excluding relatives]? Teachers, mentors and friends who have helped me along the way.
Something most people don't know about me is .... Nothing unusual -- What you see is what you get.
