The city of Cuyahoga Falls is coordinating a 2017 Great American River Day Cleanup and Beautification Project. The project will be May 20 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Volunteers will clean up litter, pull garlic mustard, and plant flowers at designated public grounds locations.
Those interested in volunteering are asked to register by May 17 by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling 330-971-8201.
The 2017 Great American River Day Cleanup & Beautification Project partners and sponsors are Ohio EPA, Keep America Beautiful, Keep Ohio Beautiful, Friends of the Crooked River, State Road Donato's, the City of Cuyahoga Falls Service Department and the Cuyahoga Falls Parks & Recreation Department.
