From A Staff Report Published: May 1, 2017 2:30 PM

Theiss Road has been re-opened, according to Kelli Crawford-Smith, the CDBG/Entitlement Administrator for the city.

Theiss between Akron-Peninsula and Northampton roads was closed earlier today due to flooding on the road.

Due to the replacement of a waterline on Highland Avenue, the intersection of Bailey Road and Highland Avenue will be closed 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, May 2, and Wednesday, May 3. Detour signs will be posted. This project was initially planned for today (May 1), but was delayed due to inclement weather, the city news release said.

Lastly, Magnolia in front of 749 Magnolia Ave. will be closed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 3, due to sewer repairs.
