The Hudson Stamp Show will be May 21 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Clarion Inn, 6625 Dean Memorial Parkway in Hudson.
Five dealers buying and selling U.S. and foreign postage stamps, covers, some postcards and stamp supplies.

Ladies Cemetery Assoc. hosts open house on Memorial Day
The Ladies Cemetery Association of Cuyahoga Falls will host a Historical Chapel in Oakwood Cemetery Open House (featuring the newly restored "Rebekah" window, one of the 12 beautiful stained glass windows displayed) on Memorial Day, May 29 from 8 a.m. to noon, at 2420 Oakwood Drive. Everyone is welcome.
Public employee retirees meet June 6
Public Employee Retirees Incorporated (PERI) Chapter 21 Summit County meets six times per year for lunch and a program to support OPERS retirees and provide them with important information. The next Chapter 21 meeting is June 6 at noon. The Area Agency on Aging will provide the program about aspects and resources of long term care for the aging. Sewing groups meet in region throughout June

Falls Cancer Club Card Party/Raffle on June 9
The Falls Cancer Club Inc. will host its annual Card Party / Raffle on June 9 at Redeemer Lutheran Church (Corner of Portage Trail and Fifth Street) from noon to 3:30 pm. This year's theme is Teapots and A Tea Party. Tickets are advance sales only which reserves a TABLE and are $8 each. There will be a raffle with a color 32-inch TV, a .$100 gift card, Porthouse Theatre Tickets, a $100 juicer and more gifts and baskets. The menu is meatball sandwiches and salad and cakes for desert and beverage. Other activities besides the cards will be "grab bags, 50/50 raffle, the "$50 Prize Wheel" and many more door prizes. This isn't only for attendees to play cards. Attendees can do whatever their group wants to do, board games or come and enjoy lunch and all the activities. Most tables are set for four, but the Falls Cancer Club will set up attendees for whatever their needs are. Reserve a spot as soon as possible. Northampton HistoricalSociety will meet May 22
The May meeting of the Northampton Historical Society will be on May 22 at the Wooodridge Middle School Library, 4451 Quick Road. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for Business/Social hour.
Program at 6:30pm. Program, "The Town That Wasn't, Was, and Isn't: Botzum" will be presented by Ken A. Starcher, Vice President of the Society. A talk about the area at various times went by the name Yellow Creek Basin, Niles, Buckeye and Botzum. This is part of the society's on-going focus on the Township as it nears its 50th anniversary. Refreshments will be provided.
The public is welcome to attend and join the society.
Water Works Swim Teamregistration May 25
Water Works Swim Team is hosting registration on May 25 from 5-8:30 p.m. at the Cuyahoga Falls Natatorium. The team is open to swimmers ages 5-18 who can swim at least one length of a pool. More information is available at www.waterworkssc.com.
