Investors group meets April 4
Tools & Techniques for Investors a subgroup of the Cleveland AAII Chapter, will meet April 4 at 7 p.m. at the Cuyahoga Falls Library, 2015 Third St. The meeting is open to the public. No membership is required. Regular meetings will take place from 7 to 9 p.m. the first Tuesday of each month. Parking is free.
The presentation is entitled "How to Use VectorVest 7," by Brian Mindek, an AAII Member Cleveland AAII Chapter.

Public Employee Retirees meet April 4
Public Employee Retirees, Incorporated (PERI) Chapter 21 Summit County meets six times per year for lunch and a program to support OPERS retirees and provide them with important information. The next Chapter 21 meeting is April 4 at noon. The program will be provided by Summit Metro Parks staff. Interfaith Caregivers Quarterly Lunch and Learn Session
Mark your calendars and plan on attending this free lunch and learn session. These workshops are geared toward volunteer caregivers, but are open to those interested in learning more to best serve the elderly and disabled neighbors.The next session is April 6 at 11:30 a.m. at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. The session will feature the Alzheimer's Association Greater East Ohio Chapter, The Basics: Memory Loss, Dementia and Alzheimer's.

Veterans program at library April 8
Concerned Veterans for America and American Mortgage are co-sponsoring Lunch and Learn, a veteran empowerment event for veterans, military families and supporters on April 8 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Cuyahoga Falls Library, 2015 Third St.
A complimentary lunch will be served and information will be provided on the benefits available to veterans. A panel of professionals will discuss purchasing a home, education options, finding employment, medical coverage, disability claims and numerous other benefits. An open forum to answer questions will follow the formal program.

Falls Amateur Radio Club hosts show April 8
The Cuyahoga Falls Amateur Radio Club will host the 63rd Annual Ham Radio Electronics and Computer Show on April 8 from 8 a.m.- 1 p.m. at
Emido & Son's Party Center, 48 E. Bath Rd Cuyahoga Falls. There will be opportunities to buy, sell and trade items.

Society of Plastics Engineers will meet April 10
The Akron Society of Plastics Engineers will have a technical meeting on April 10 at 5:30 p.m. at the Hilton Inn, 3180 West Market St., Akron, Ohio 44333. The program will deal with Industry /Teacher Collaboration on plastics in education.
Dr. Missi Zender-Sakach commenced her career in education in 1989. For the last 19 years, she has been employed with the Summit Educational Service Center (SESC) as a Science Consultant. She received her doctorate from The University of Akron in 2002. She has been a Science Coach for the Ohio Department of Education and Stanford University's Ohio Performance Assessment Project and was a member of the Ohio Science Standards Writing Committee. She is currently an elected Board Member and Conference Committee Chair for the Science Education Council of Ohio(SECO).

Zane's Foundation Inc. invites community members to a program entitled: "Applied Behavior Analysis: 101 & Beyond," offered by Monica Jones, M.Ed., BCBA, COBA, of Total Education Solutions Inc. in Fairlawn.
The program takes place April 11 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at The Church in Silver Lake, 2951 Kent Road.
April is Autism Awareness Month and the topic is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). What is ABA? This workshop will address the seven dimensions that define characteristics of ABA and methods with video examples and modeling along with fact and fiction that you hear in the field. Participants will also learn basic tips to use at home and out in the community. There will be time for Q & A.
